Warranty and Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is very important for us.

If for any reason you are not totally in love with your order upon receiving it, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

 

Returns

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. The merchandise must be unworn, and original packaging and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Those items will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Warranty

Our products are under warranty for 30 days from the day of purchase. The warranty covers plating against tarnishing, stones and chains. Original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

In this case, please first send us a picture of the item, with a brief explanation and proof of purchase. Then we will determine whether the item qualifies for the warranty.

Conditions not covered under warranty

  • Damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear.
  • Products that are scratched or crushed in any way caused by the user.
  • Products that have physical damage (rupture or fracture)
  • Products that have gone undergone chemical change (exposure to harsh chemicals or environments; these include but are not limited to liquid silver polish, perfumes, cleaning agents, pools, sea, spas, hot tubs, cosmetics and etc.)
  • Stretching of chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Therefore, it is not covered by warranty.

Maintanance and Repair Services:

Maintanance

Jewelry will retain both its value, its shine and sparkle through proper maintance.

Therefore, it is wise to maintain jewelry to ensure that it looks good and functions properly.

We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected on a regular basis.

It is necessary to check prongs, clasps and stones once a year to make sure the structure of the jewelry is properly maintained.

This will avert any future loss or damage of jewelry.

You may send your jewelry purchased from us for maintanance to the address below.

We will professionally apply procedures including cleaning, polishing, plating and if required string changing and bring your piece back to its original shine at a small cost.

Repairs

Products outside of the warranty can be repaired at a cost.

The cost will depend on the material and condition of the piece as well as on the repair procedures applied.

Repairs that are subject to a cost will be done if only confirmed by the customer.
